This team developed and implemented tailored solutions including an automated expenditure request system, an Opiate Stewardship program within Sunrise, and the co-development of Sunrise Financial Manager. The measurable results were significant, including a reduction in Narcan rescues from 33 to 9, a decrease in accounts receivable days to 38, and the achievement of HIMSS EMRAM Stage 7 status.
