Altera Digital Health's implementation of SDRM successfully captured, classified, and stored unstructured content into a single electronic source for the complete medical record. The solution, which went live in March 2023, improved efficiency, simplified chart completion, and enhanced the security of patient information. HFSC staff praised the successful implementation and the strong partnership with the Altera team, which made the process feel like one unified effort.
