The results included significantly lower or non-existent wait times, a phenomenally improved charge submission process, and overwhelmingly positive feedback from clinicians on the system's speed and usability. The vendor's consistent communication and support were cited as key to the project's success, making it the organization's most seamless upgrade to date.
