Datahal, a Canton, CT–based managed service provider, needed a reliable, space-efficient backup and DR solution for a diverse client base—many in semi-rural areas with limited upload bandwidth. Their goals were to reduce storage consumption, extend retention, enable off-site backups and DRaaS, and ensure fast recovery during outages.
