Integrity IT Solutions, a Carlisle-based IT service provider, needed a more cost-effective, manageable way to back up its own Hyper-V/VMware infrastructure and those of its clients. Technical Manager Stephen Whelan took over in 2017 amid rising cloud storage costs and a search for a platform that would simplify monitoring and management of multiple customer backups.

They chose Altaro VM Backup, using Microsoft Azure and the Altaro Cloud Management Console to centralise monitoring and support, plus Altaro Offsite Server to store customer backups in their data centre. The result was lower storage costs, easier setup and restore testing, streamlined client management, reduced downtime risk, and strong vendor support.
