Novellini, a European bathroom-products manufacturer known for shower enclosures, whirlpools and the high-end Elysium line, needed to rapidly develop and upgrade a wide range of medium- and high-end products while meeting fast commercial timelines. To meet this challenge, Novellini has used Altair’s solidThinking Evolve since 2003 to support design exploration, photorealistic renderings and production-ready models.

Altair’s solidThinking Evolve delivered a flexible design environment and features like the ConstructionTree and Interactive model display that sped development, simplified late-stage changes and accelerated documentation. As a result, Novellini can introduce products earlier to customers with high-quality renderings, produce assembly instructions much faster (the graphic artist reports tasks would take about four times longer without Evolve) and overall achieve faster product development and iteration.
