Earthlite, a global massage and spa equipment manufacturer, faced inefficient accounts receivable and payable reporting: a three-person AR team was manually combing 500-page PDF reports (about six hours per person, 18 hours total per month) from a static format that prevented sorting, filtering or analysis and increased error risk. To address this, Earthlite turned to Altair and its Monarch® data preparation tool.

Altair’s Monarch automated extraction of AR data into a tabular structure, enabling fast sorting, filtering and analysis; the process that once required 18 hours a month now takes one employee one hour, saving roughly 200 hours per year and freeing staff for higher-value work.
