CADY Solutions was facing high risk of PCB re-spins, design delays and increased costs while trying to accelerate time-to-market for a large French telecom customer. To automatically verify schematic integrity and catch errors early, CADY Solutions adopted Altair’s AI-powered automatic electrical inspection solution.

Altair’s system parsed the BOM and netlist, matched components to datasheets, and flagged two critical issues—a component powered at 3.3V outside its 4.75–5.25V operating range and an exposed pad that wasn’t grounded. CADY Solutions marked both findings “Need to fix,” corrected the schematic, re-ran the inspection and the issues did not reappear; the review took under an hour and prevented at least one PCB re-spin, reducing cost and accelerating the development cycle thanks to Altair’s inspection.
