Altair stepped in with its SmartSight business intelligence software integrated directly with the Milsoft database schema to deliver a tailored analytics module that addresses outage visibility, circuit performance and other critical operations metrics.

Altair’s solution—Milsoft Visual Analytics powered by SmartSight—provides more than 10 standard, customizable reports and real-time dashboard views (outage locations, dispatched crews, customers affected, KPIs, etc.), plus training and authorship rights for local customization. The integration gives utilities immediate situational awareness and analytics-driven decision support, serving more than a thousand electric utilities and enabling faster, data-driven responses through live data refresh and rich, drillable reports.
