Altair implemented PhysicsAI’s geometric deep‑learning workflow, training models on Hero’s historical FEA datasets (80/20 split, 30 training variations) to predict stresses for new designs with a single click. The Altair solution produced results within 3% of traditional FEA while cutting analysis time from one hour to three minutes, enabling Hero to evaluate far more concepts, upskill their team, and accelerate decision‑making with plans to scale AI across other components.
