Caisse Nationale d’Allocations Familiales (CNAF) is France’s public family allowance agency, distributing funds to more than 10 million beneficiaries across over 100 locations. The organization struggled with fragmented, manually processed text and PDF reports that made data extraction slow, error-prone, and prevented efficient Excel-based analysis across local offices.

CNAF deployed Altair Monarch and Monarch Server to 102 local CAF offices, automating nightly processing of up to 8,000 reports (about 4 GB) through 195 automated processes and providing access to processed files for roughly 450 accountants via URL. The solution converts disparate text sources into structured Excel data, eliminating manual extraction, reducing errors, saving thousands of hours, improving security, and freeing accountants and auditors to focus on higher‑value analysis.
