Data Preparation Platform Plays a Starring Role in Credit Union’s Drive for Efficiency

Public Service Credit Union (PSCU) is a Colorado-based, member-owned financial cooperative that faced a common industry problem: thousands of static, legacy reports that locked data into PDFs and screens, forcing staff to manually re-key information into spreadsheets for analysis. This created repetitive, time-consuming processes, limited visibility for executives and branches, and slowed decision-making.

PSCU adopted the Datawatch Monarch data-preparation platform to give nontechnical staff self-service access to structured and semi-structured data, building more than 200 models to automate repetitive tasks and create reusable dashboards.
