Snaptec, a pioneer in smart water purification solutions, sought to disrupt the decades-old water purifier industry by creating a next-generation product that fused digital technology with advanced water processing. Their challenge was to move beyond outdated, overpriced systems and build an intelligent, connected device that provided maximum value. They partnered with the vendor, Alphapod, to design and develop the necessary software.

Alphapod designed and developed the software for the Snaptec ecosystem, including the System-on-Module (SOM) control center, the Snaptec Connect mobile app, and custom web dashboards. This solution enabled users to monitor hydration, manage device maintenance, and dispense water, while providing administrators with regional oversight. As a result, Snaptec saw steady growth in unit sales and high repeat usage, processing over 1.72 million liters of water as of March 2024.
