Clearwater Casino Resort in Suquamish, WA, needed a better way to help guests find the spa, gaming areas, restaurants, and other amenities after its property expansion. Alpha Video implemented four touchscreen kiosks across the property, plus video walls and displays for restaurant promotions, events, and general messaging. The kiosks let guests browse maps, amenities, menus, and event details with easy updates, and the result was strong guest adoption and positive feedback, with staff noting that people were actively using the system for both wayfinding and restaurant browsing.
