Choctaw Casino Resort - Customer Case Study

Choctaw Casino Resort, owned by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, wanted to enhance the guest experience during major sporting events by making it easy to switch any screen in the casino between live TV and digital signage. To support this goal during the South Casino remodel, the resort worked with Alpha Video and CastNET to design an IPTV-based solution that would give authorized staff simple, flexible control over what appeared on each display.

Alpha Video implemented a networked audio and video system built on Cisco switching, CastNET digital signage software, and Crestron control, enabling staff to change channels from a web interface, touchscreen panels, or mobile devices. The solution also added 29 Samsung displays, zoned audio, and a 48-foot-wide OTB video wall capable of showing up to 24 events at once, helping Choctaw Casino Resort keep guests engaged and improving the overall entertainment experience.
