Glacier Water, a North American leader operating over 24,000 water and ice vending machines, needed an affordable, fast field app to standardize and accelerate qualifying, signing up and onboarding new customers while placing machines. The solution had to boost productivity for ~400 sales and field staff, run across Android, iOS and Windows devices, work offline in areas without broadband, and avoid the cost and maintenance of multiple native apps or expensive off-the-shelf systems.

Using Alpha Anywhere, Glacier Water built and deployed a single-codebase field app in six months that runs on tablets, smartphones and PCs, integrates with SQL Server, and supports offline data capture and automatic sync.
