Lilliput Services, the largest independent commercial and industrial laundry in its region, processes linens for hospitals, nursing homes, hotels and restaurants and manages more than a million pieces of inventory. The company was losing a significant percentage of stock and found barcode tracking unreliable and slow; their existing software couldn’t handle RFID tags or efficient mobile workflows, so they needed a web-based, database-driven solution that supported mobile RFID scanning.
