JobNimbus, a SaaS provider of CRM and project-management software for contractors, needed to ramp up outbound sales to reach field-based customers who are often away from desks. Their previous calling solution didn’t integrate with HubSpot, lacked reliable call tracking, and they were paying separately for SMS, so they switched to Aloware’s omnichannel contact-center platform with native HubSpot integration.
Aloware’s click-to-call, two-way SMS, mobile app, ring groups and call analytics let JobNimbus SDRs average about 55 dials per day and achieve the goal of at least one completed demo per SDR per day; managers can also listen and barge to coach reps. The move to Aloware delivered more accurate metrics that match HubSpot reports, eliminated a separate texting vendor for big savings, improved call quality and tracking, and helped increase JobNimbus’s lead-to-close rate by 27%.
