Alora Labs partnered with Mero Technologies, a company providing sensor technology and SaaS for property managers. Mero had a promising prototype that was gaining market traction but needed a scalable, market-ready web application to meet increasing customer demand and commercialize their product.

Alora Labs designed and built the entire system from the ground up, utilizing AWS and Laravel to create a robust IoT management dashboard. The solution enabled sensor provisioning, staff scheduling, and efficiency visualization for building managers. This successful launch allowed Mero Technologies to sign on additional customers and secure VC investment.
