Kubota, the iconic Polish shoe brand, relaunched after 25 years and needed a mobile-first, high-performance eCommerce platform to reach smartphone-driven customers and handle surge demand. To meet goals—faster page loads for SEO, frontend/backend separation for security, and offline functionality—Kubota selected a PWA approach; vendor Alokai implemented the solution using a Magento 2 backend with a Vue Storefront PWA frontend.

Alokai built the PWA storefront, integrated a full analytics and marketing toolset (Google Analytics, GTM, Google Merchant/Search Console, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, XML/APIs), and optimized performance and offline behavior. The launch generated over 1,000 orders in the first month and produced dramatic SEO gains: Top-3 keywords +53% (July) and up to +494% (August), Top-10 up to +95%, and Top-50 up to +4,312%, demonstrating strong traffic and conversion impact.
