Rocky Mountain Credit Union (RMCU) needed to replace an unreliable electronic document repository and reduce the paper-heavy, manual processes slowing operations across its five branches. Alogent implemented FASTdocs 5 to support member-centric filing, automated imports, direct scanning, and drag-and-drop capture, helping RMCU move away from duplicate paper files and delayed physical document transfers. The transition and data migration were completed smoothly, legacy systems were retired within months, and the credit union now captures key content automatically with system availability tracking at 98%, while planning to expand capture to additional branch documents.
