Mid Missouri Credit Union, a five-branch credit union serving more than 26,000 members, needed a way to compete with larger banks while better serving members on the go, especially military members who are frequently relocated or deployed. With Alogent’s QwikDeposit ToGo, Mid Missouri Credit Union expanded mobile deposit access and moved closer to a “branch of the future” model. The rollout drove mobile engagement up by almost 30% and generated 2,500 deposits totaling more than $1,075,000 in the first six months, while also helping the credit union lower branch transaction costs and strengthen member convenience.
