Using Alogent’s flexible Ignite platform, Redwood Credit Union added features such as card blocking, one-time loan payments from external accounts, drop-down navigation, app reskinning, and early adoption of P2P payments. The result was a highly customizable digital banking experience that let the credit union respond quickly to member needs and trends, helping strengthen loyalty and ensuring it could keep innovating without being constrained by a rigid platform.
