Prime Financial Credit Union, a $110 million, 4-branch institution serving 18,234 members in Cudahy, WI, needed a better way to reach a community that is largely low-income, increasingly Hispanic, and often underbanked with limited access to home computers or branch locations. To meet that need, Prime Financial turned to Alogent’s QwikDeposit ToGo mobile remote deposit capture (RDC) solution as part of its broader Prime Mobile Initiative.
Alogent helped Prime Financial Credit Union launch mobile deposit within its banking app and supported an outreach strategy that educated members and staff, promoted word-of-mouth adoption, and set custom review controls for security. The results were strong: mobile deposits grew steadily, increasing 22.5% in the first quarter of the year, and the credit union reported zero fraud and losses related to RDC, while expanding convenient self-service access for members.
