A Almabase Case Study
Loma Linda University (Loma Linda School of Medicine) struggled to keep its large alumni network engaged online, resulting in low participation in events and lower-than-expected donation amounts. Almabase was brought in to provide an online alumni community platform to centralize engagement and create a digital directory and membership channel.
Almabase launched the community quickly and drove roughly 25% of contactable alumni to sign up within a year. Alumni who registered through Almabase showed a 3x higher participation rate (23.06% vs 7.66%) and gave more than twice the average donation ($2,259.57 vs $1,124.30), while the platform also streamlined membership benefits and dues collection.
