The college struggled to display real-time campaign progress, run interactive challenges, or better engage younger alumni, which made it harder to maximize support for its Alumni Giving Weekend campaign.
With Almabase, Thomas Aquinas College launched a more dynamic, alumni-centric fundraising experience that included leaderboards, matching gift challenges, a raffle, a live fundraising thermometer, and a live honor wall. The campaign raised over $142,000, reached 650+ donors, and achieved a 45% alumni donor participation rate, with nearly 19% of gifts coming from peer-to-peer supporters. Almabase helped the college secure a top-ten national ranking for alumni donor participation and gave it better reporting and campaign insights for future fundraising.
