The College of Idaho, a private liberal arts college, faced the challenge of plummeting alumni engagement and increased feelings of isolation among its 15,000 graduates after the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of in-person events. With a small, two-person alumni relations team, finding a scalable way to maintain community connections was critical.
