LanguageLine Solutions, a global language services provider, needed to increase candidate capture, automate hiring tasks, and free recruiters to focus on quality hires. They engaged AllyO to streamline the applicant experience and automate screening and scheduling using AllyO’s recruiting automation platform, with an integration into LanguageLine’s Taleo ATS.
AllyO automated qualification questions, information verification, pay expectations and a basic English assessment, then auto-scheduled qualified candidates with hiring managers and integrated with Taleo to reach applicants for further screening. As a result, AllyO helped boost qualified applicant volume, achieve a 75% applicant-to-interview conversion rate, saved recruiters roughly 2 days per week, and enabled LanguageLine to close its largest Spanish interpreter requisition for the first time.
