National Safety Apparel, a family‑owned protective apparel manufacturer founded in 1935, needed a high-volume recruiting solution to maintain staffing levels at its Ohio factory without relying on costly staffing agencies. AllyO implemented AllyO RECRUIT (Capture and Apply, Screen and Assess, Schedule Interview) using conversational AI and Customer Success support to capture, screen and let candidates self-schedule—87.8% of candidates opted to move forward and self-schedule. The change cut time to interview by ~86% (weeks to days), reduced time to hire by ~75% (offers in 15 days vs. 60), lowered cost per interview 50% and cost per hire 20%, increased retention 10%, and saved recruiters 6.5 weeks of time in 2019.
