How Anixter International Ramps Up Warehouse Staffing Quickly

Anixter International, a global distributor of network, electrical and utility solutions, needed to quickly staff two warehouse locations — hiring 50 people at one onsite event and 20 at another. To meet these aggressive targets, Anixter engaged AllyO, an end-to-end recruiter, to prequalify candidates and manage scheduling for both hiring events.

AllyO executed the solution by screening candidates and booking interviews: for the first event AllyO filled 600 interview slots in two weeks, producing 56 offers and 40 additional qualified potential hires; for the second event AllyO scheduled 114 applicants for onsite interviews, resulting in 14 hires from those interviews and 8 hires via walk-ins — enabling Anixter to reach its staffing goals.
