Atlas Holdings, a Greenwich-based private equity firm that owns 18 platform businesses and generates more than $5 billion in annual revenue, faced an inefficient back office built on Excel and a generic accounting package that could not scale for a complex AIV/blocker fund structure spanning over 37 entities. To solve this, Atlas selected Allvue Systems to replace spreadsheets with an industry-specific platform, implementing Allvue’s Accounting, CRM and LP Portal solutions.

Allvue Systems deployed its cloud-based suite (with Microsoft Office integration and mobile apps), met a tight implementation deadline, and has continued to expand the rollout with Deal Tracking and Corporate Accounting. The Allvue implementation streamlined reporting and investor access—enabling one-step transfers of capital account statements to the LP Portal, reducing errors and saving time—has supported Atlas’s growth across 37 entities, and has been maintained through a seven-year partnership.
