Sweetgreen, the fast-growing restaurant chain with more than 4,000 employees across 160+ locations, needed a secure way for Team Members to anonymously report workplace questions and concerns while maintaining a strong culture during rapid expansion. To address this, Sweetgreen turned to AllVoices and its enterprise employee relations platform, including anonymous and non-anonymous reporting, pulse surveys, and case management.
AllVoices implemented routing rules, tagging, and custom branding/language/location configurations to fit Sweetgreen’s processes across 150+ U.S. locations. As a result, Sweetgreen was able to streamline employee relations work, respond more efficiently to workplace concerns, and spend more time strengthening culture and psychological safety.
