For customers, finding the right credit card product from thousands of web pages was a slow process. For equity research analysts, synthesizing insights from over 2,500 complex PDF reports, filled with charts and tables, took days and often led to incomplete analysis. The bank partnered with Alltius to implement AI assistants to solve these issues.
Alltius implemented two custom AI assistants. One assistant, deployed via a web widget, provided instant, accurate answers to customer credit card queries by processing over 4,000 product pages. The other assistant was equipped with a specialized skill to interpret text, tables, and charts from research reports to generate insights. This solution drastically reduced the time to find product information from 15 minutes to under a minute and cut the time for analysts to gain insights from days to just minutes, with accuracy rates exceeding 97%.
