Feastivities Events, a Philadelphia-based event design and catering company, needed to cut the time it took to create new floor plans for each event. With 28 years in business, the team wanted a faster way to build to-scale layouts without recreating plans they had already made for the same venues.

Feastivities adopted AllSeated to build to-scale 3D event floor plans with a simple interface that supports collaboration and client review. The company said floor plan creation now takes 15 minutes or less, saving at least 25 minutes per event and 259 hours a year across 623 events. AllSeated also helped increase transparency across the organization and gave clients tools to view floor plans, upload guest lists, and track RSVPs and meal preferences.
