Illinois National Bank Deploys Asset Navigator to Support Goals, Growth

Illinois National Bank, a growing community bank, needed a better way to manage its rapidly expanding IT environment. As the bank’s Information Systems Manager, Rick McCord wanted to replace a fragmented spreadsheet-based process with a centralized system for asset management and a formal help desk. The bank also needed strong software recognition to identify specialized financial applications and track software licenses accurately, making Alloy Software’s Asset Navigator a strong fit.

Alloy Software implemented Asset Navigator, including the Professional Edition Medium Business Pack and the Technician’s Web Help Desk, to automate network audits, inventory tracking, software license reporting, and ticket management. The bank rolled it out in stages, then moved to monthly automated audits and centralized administration. As a result, Illinois National Bank gained better visibility into hardware and software, simplified support operations, improved compliance and planning, and saved significant time and money while supporting continued growth.
