Loop launches new integrations in under 2 weeks with Alloy Automation

Loop Returns, a returns management platform for e-commerce brands, faced a challenge scaling its integration efforts. The company needed to connect its platform to dozens of different warehouse, order, and enterprise resource planning systems used by its merchants. Building these integrations in-house was time-consuming and unscalable, often creating blockers in their sales cycles. To solve this, they turned to Alloy Automation and its Embedded iPaaS product.

By implementing Alloy, Loop was able to drastically reduce the time and resources required to launch new integrations. The solution allowed them to migrate existing connectors and build new ones, such as for PeopleVox, in a fraction of the time. The results were significant; Alloy helped Loop reduce integration launch time from 6-8 weeks to under two weeks. This scalability enabled by Alloy has helped Loop win more deals and support its rapidly growing merchant base.
