OPTE, a skincare technology ecommerce company based in Santa Monica, was spending too much time manually syncing order and return data as holiday sales grew. To maintain its concierge-style customer experience for high-priced products, the team relied on a full-time employee to update information across Shopify, Google Sheets, Typeform, and Gorgias, which caused delays in internal communication.
