National Carrier Secures DSL Infrastructure Against Cyber Attacks Without Installing New Equipment

Africa National Broadband Service Provider, the national telecommunications carrier in Africa, was struggling with random extended congestion episodes that were hurting service quality even though existing traffic management and enforcement measures were already in place.
