Case Study: Gemeinde Pullach modernizes school IT with Allied Telesis networking

A Allied Telesis Case Study

Preview of the Gemeinde Pullach Case Study

The schools of the municipality Pullach im Isartal modernize their IT infrastructure with Allied Telesis Networking

Gemeinde Pullach, the municipality in Pullach im Isartal, Germany, needed to modernize the IT infrastructure across its elementary, middle, and high schools to support digital learning. Allied Telesis was brought in after the schools’ networks were found to be unevenly developed, with the lower schools especially lacking modern wired and wireless connectivity, sufficient capacity, and reliable Internet access.

Allied Telesis implemented a state-of-the-art network using x950 core switches, x530L access switches, TQ5403 wireless access points, and centralized management with Autonomous Management Framework, Autonomous Wave Control, and Vista Manager EX. The result was secure, redundant, and pervasive connectivity across all schools, including outdoor areas, with better performance, no-downtime resilience, and simplified administration that reduced operating effort and costs for Inducio and the municipality.
