Sunway Medical Centre, a major hospital in Malaysia, required a faultless, mission-critical network to ensure patient safety and support its wide range of medical services. Allied Telesis, working with partner Hitachi Sunway, designed a resilient network using their SwitchBlaze x8100 and x930 Series switches, connected with VCStack Plus technology. The solution was managed by their Autonomous Management Framework (AMF) and Vista Manager EX, which automated administration and provided proactive monitoring. The results included seamless connectivity across the campus, lower operational costs, simplified management, and a highly available network that guarantees 24/7 operation for all critical healthcare applications.
