GS Yuasa International, a global manufacturer of automotive and industrial batteries and electrical supplies, needed a new network and ERP environment for its new factory in Hungary to support smart manufacturing, cross-border collaboration with Japan, multilingual and multi-currency operations, EDI, and strict security. Allied Telesis was selected to provide the network foundation and support services, including a solution built around smart network management tools and monitoring.

Allied Telesis implemented a secure, high-availability network using Vista Manager EX, AMF, AWC, VCStack, and Net.Monitor to simplify management, optimize wireless performance, eliminate single points of failure, and provide proactive remote support. The result was a stable, fast network that went live with the ERP system in October 2019, improved peace of mind for factory staff, and enabled rapid response during a power outage when Allied Telesis contacted the customer immediately and followed up with service.
