Gemeinde Pullach modernizes 3 schools with Allied Telesis

The municipality of Pullach in Germany faced the challenge of modernizing the outdated IT infrastructure across its elementary, middle, and high schools to support digital learning. The schools suffered from insufficient network capacity, a lack of comprehensive Wi-Fi, and unreliable internet connections. To address this, they partnered with vendor Allied Telesis and their partner Inducio GmbH to implement a new high-performance network solution.

Allied Telesis implemented a solution using their core and edge switches, wireless access points, and the Autonomous Management Framework (AMF) with Vista Manager EX for centralized control. The results provided reliable, pervasive internet access for students and teachers, enabling new digital teaching methods and preparing students for the technical working world. The Allied Telesis network also offered improved capacity, redundancy, and simplified management, exceeding the municipality's expectations for a state-of-the-art educational IT infrastructure.
