Leading Publishing Company, a magazine publisher, wanted to convert its free website users into paying subscribers. To help predict which consumers were most likely to respond to its direct mail subscription offer, it turned to Alliant and its targeting/modeling expertise.

Alliant built a custom model using demographic, transactional, and behavioral insights to score the publisher’s one million registered website users and identify the best prospects for direct mail. The model surfaced nearly 3,000 top-tier registrants and another 80,000 profitable lower-score prospects, helping the campaign achieve a 63% decrease in cost per order.
