allGeo worked with Leading Real Estate Company, a real estate property management business in Western Canada that oversees mid-market rental apartment buildings. The company needed a better way to track more than 250 field employees across different shifts, automatically capture accurate time clock data, and monitor staff locations during work hours.

allGeo implemented an automated time-clocking and tracking workflow using geofenced locations, shift-based scheduling, and custom alerts. Employees are now clocked in and out automatically when entering or leaving geofenced sites, while managers receive alerts if staff stay outside a geofence for more than 2 hours or inside for more than 3 hours. The company also uses allGeo’s Breadcrumb Report to review check-in/out times, hours, and miles tied to each event, helping improve accuracy and oversight for 250+ employees.
