Allego implemented a lifecycle solution that let the company publish best-practice slide presentations with coaching tips, have sellers record themselves, and enable managers to give asynchronous feedback. The firm trained the first 200 North American sellers in three weeks, ran a 30-day pilot, then expanded to Europe and Asia; Allego is now used by all sellers globally to certify field message delivery. Results include faster, higher-quality feedback, reduced travel and trainer time, improved seller confidence and articulation, and much greater consistency in message delivery, with plans to extend Allego to services and channel partners.
