ResMed, a global leader in cloud-connected medical devices, faced a pandemic-driven need to rebuild onboarding for roughly 150 sales reps across the U.S. and Canada. Using Allego, ResMed migrated content into role-specific channels, combined pre-recorded videos with a three-day immersive instructor-led session, added engagement elements like “Brain Breaks,” and tracked progress with customizable scorecards and real-time reporting.
