Metagenics Moves to Allego to Improve Proficiency of Sales Representatives and Increase Sales

Metagenics, led by Senior Director of Sales Training Trudi Burchieri, faced difficulty getting reps to articulate the value of a growing, complex product portfolio and lost productivity during product-launch training. Their legacy sales‑readiness platform (in use since 2015) didn’t meet modern, rep‑centric needs for video coaching, easy content discovery, or efficient certification, so Metagenics evaluated Allego’s agile sales learning and readiness platform to address those gaps.

Allego was piloted using Metagenics’ complicated comp plan and then fully deployed for product launches and post‑meeting video exercises, leveraging features like video coaching, peer‑to‑peer learning, Flash Drills and easy content attachments. The Allego platform enabled reps to clearly explain the comp plan, sped content conversion and access, and drove engagement (about 13,000 video views); importantly, the estrogen‑metabolism product line launched via Allego surpassed its goal (over 101% of sales), and sales leaders report stronger proficiency and positive field feedback.
