Global workforce management organization optimizes sales productivity, brand consistency and shared learning

Global Workforce Management Company, a leader in technology‑enabled staffing and recruiting serving tens of thousands of organizations in more than 100 countries, needed to ensure crisp, consistent sales messaging and better sharing of best practices across widely distributed Sales and Services teams that often sell via WebEx or phone. To enable Just‑in‑Time Learning and improve onboarding and field performance, the company selected Allego as its Sales Learning Platform.

Allego was used to capture short best‑practice videos from top performers, create curated Channels (objection handling, competitive positioning, etc.), provide in‑video feedback, and support weekly 1–2 minute “what worked” updates. The initial rollout reached roughly 150 users (about 75 Sales and 75 Services), and the platform has driven significantly higher retention of onboarding content, reduced the need for in‑person training, lowered onboarding time and expense, produced consistent, on‑point pitches across the field, and increased team engagement — all contributing to improved sales performance and competitive differentiation.
