Global Atlantic Financial Group, a U.S.-focused life and annuity company, consolidated three sales forces and needed to cross-train a geographically dispersed wholesaler team to articulate a new strategy-based wholesaling approach and sell the full annuity suite. To address this, Global Atlantic used Allego’s sales learning platform and mobile video coaching to distribute best-practice content and enable remote practice and feedback.

Allego delivered a video-coaching workflow—DVP best-practice clips, rep-recorded exercises, manager feedback and usage analytics—that let managers coach from mobile devices and monitor improvement.
