Global Atlantic Financial Group, a U.S.-focused life and annuity company, consolidated three sales forces and needed to cross-train a geographically dispersed wholesaler team to articulate a new strategy-based wholesaling approach and sell the full annuity suite. To address this, Global Atlantic used Allego’s sales learning platform and mobile video coaching to distribute best-practice content and enable remote practice and feedback.
Allego delivered a video-coaching workflow—DVP best-practice clips, rep-recorded exercises, manager feedback and usage analytics—that let managers coach from mobile devices and monitor improvement. The solution produced stronger, more consistent messaging, quadrupled coaching interactions (from once per month to once per week), increased rep engagement with repeat viewing and resubmission, and accelerated time to competency across the field, all enabled by Allego.
