AssetMark, a 750+ employee financial services firm, faced the sudden need to move its collaborative, peer-driven culture into a fully remote environment when the pandemic hit. Having adopted Allego’s Sales Learning and Enablement platform four months earlier, AssetMark turned to Allego alongside Zoom and Microsoft Teams to replace in-office learning, coaching and informal knowledge sharing.
Using Allego, AssetMark created a centralized knowledge and information hub, launched a gamified “daily challenge” with AI flashcards, and gave each employee a private Allego channel that serves as a virtual portfolio. Allego also supports a two-week remote onboarding blend of self-study, quizzes, recorded Zoom sessions and virtual shadowing.
